Micro-Grid Energy Proposal (1)

Presenting a new way to think about our energy usage. This plan provides maximum value for the facility and Eversource, while simultaneously solving all underlying stated needs.

This proposal can be scaled back as needed, but as is, generates $128k/yr in incentives.

The Electric bill at York St was $5 last month (in Summer), and this month it was -$122 (Credit Received). I strongly recommend proceeding with installations, as long as incentives remain available.

Trump BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL made changes so COMMERCIAL projects must be turned on by July 2026. Any RESIDENTIAL plans must be turn on by EOY 2025 to qualify for tax incentives.
